Ingredients

  • 🍝Pasta (200g)
  • 🍅Tomato (2 medium, diced)
  • 🥦Broccoli (1 small head, cut into florets)
  • 🧀Cheese (100g, grated)
  • 🥛Sour Cream (50g)
  • 🍝Pesto (3 tablespoons)
  • 🥣Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
  • 🧂Salt and Pepper (to taste)

Instructions

  1. 1Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
  3. 3Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 3 minutes.
  4. 4Reduce the heat to low and stir in the pesto, sour cream, and half of the grated cheese. Mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
  5. 5Add the cooked pasta to the pan and toss to coat evenly with the sauce.
