Ingredients
- 🍝Pasta (200g)
- 🍅Tomato (2 medium, diced)
- 🥦Broccoli (1 small head, cut into florets)
- 🧀Cheese (100g, grated)
- 🥛Sour Cream (50g)
- 🍝Pesto (3 tablespoons)
- 🥣Olive Oil (1 tablespoon)
- 🧂Salt and Pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- 1Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2In a large pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the broccoli florets and sauté for about 5 minutes until they start to soften.
- 3Add the diced tomatoes to the pan and cook for another 3 minutes.
- 4Reduce the heat to low and stir in the pesto, sour cream, and half of the grated cheese. Mix well until the cheese is melted and the sauce is creamy.
