Ingredients

  • 🥕Carrot (1 large, grated)
  • 🍆Eggplant (1 medium, cubed)
  • 🥬Lettuce (1 head, torn into pieces)
  • 🥣Olive oil (2 tablespoons)
  • 🧂Salt (to taste)
  • 🧂Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions
